About The Event
The Luiss University in Rome (Italy) will host a seminar for PhD students and young researchers (who have defended their PhD in the last four years) within the framework of the alliance of European universities ENGAGE.EU.
The event will take place on June 5-7 and is aimed at PhD students and young researchers from all disciplines who want to further develop their scientific ideas, receive feedback from scientists and experts on their research approaches, as well as establish contacts with colleagues you are from the European universities.
Candidates can apply for participation in one of the interdisciplinary areas:
- Artificial Intelligence and society.
- Managing the ecological transition.
- Inequalities and opportunities for equitable mobility.
The seminar program includes panels in which each PhD student and young researcher will present their scientific work and have the opportunity to participate in a discussion with their colleagues. Seminars are planned with speakers who will give specific practical advice on developing a career in an academic environment, how to manage scientific data, etc.

- Informational online meeting about the event and the application process - April 9, 2024.
- Submission of documents for participation - until April 26, 2024.
- Workshop at Luiss University Campus in Rome - 5-7 June 2024.
