The Management Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria has approved Mr. Boyan Mitrakiev as Executive Director of KRIB. He will officially take up the position on March 1, 2026.

Boyan Mitrakiev graduated from City University of Seattle with a degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Public Communications and Information Systems from New Bulgarian University. He has 15 years of experience as a consultant in the field of public communications and information technology. He teaches as an assistant professor in the Department of National and Regional Security at the University of National and World Economy.
