In the period May 13-17, 2024, the DNRS had the pleasure of welcoming as a guest lecturer Prof. Alfonso Giordano от Department of Political, Legal and Sociological Sciences, Niccolò Cusano University и Department of Political Science at LUISS University, Rome, Italy.

Prof. Giordano lectured to third- and fourth-year students studying Security Management, Defense and Security Management and Contemporary Defense and Security Issues. The main focus of the lectures was the relationship between demography, migration and security.

In addition, Prof. Giordano also participated as a keynote speaker in the thematic seminar "Challenges before the EU in the field of migration, asylum and border control" within the framework of the National Scientific Program "Security and Defense".

The teaching mobility was carried out through the Erasmus+ Programme.
